Pre-Cleanse

We're here to support your cleanse, from your planning stage, through to your results, and how you feel afterwards...we want your juice detox to work for you!

One of the biggest things we recommend, is to NOT rush out and have a fillet steak and chips the night before you start to cleanse....remember that you're trying to make your body better, not worse! You'll start your cleanse feeling hungry, which won't be the greatest feeling in the world!

 
A few day before you start your cleanse, we recommend that you start to ease your body in gently by cutting down on a few things:

 

  • alcohol
  • nicotine
  • caffeine
  • refined carbs
  • processed foods
  • fried foods

 

This will help your body to prepare for the detox process, but is just a recommendation to get the greatest benefits from your detox.

However, we do highly recommend that you increase your water intake to 2 litres per day, and try your best to keep it at that level until at least a week after your juicing detox ends.
