I’ve never juiced before. Which juice cleanse would you recommend?

This all depends on your own taste-buds, and your determination to succeed. For example, if you're really unsure that you'll be able to stick with it, why not try the Taste-Tastic range? It's got quite a high fruit content, so it's the tastiest range we offer, which will hopefully help you look forward to your next juice. However, if you're on a mission and know you have the true grit to stick with a 3 day plan, why not go straight for the Lean Green range, which has pure vegetable juices from just 118 calories each juice?

How long should I cleanse for?

Our Nutritional Therapists STRONGLY recommend that no-one should cleanse for more than 3 days consecutively. Our bodies already do a pretty good job of cleansing themselves, so our 3 day cleanses are designed to give your colon and intestinal tract a rest, and clear themselves of toxin build-up.

Cleansing has a long history.... even the Egyptians and Ancient Greeks did it!

Will I really lose half a stone?

A.

The highest weight loss we've seen with our juices is 7.5 pounds....pretty amazing for a 3 day cleanse! The lowest we've seen is 3 pounds, which although not as good as 7.5 pounds, it's still a significant weight loss over a 3 day period!

The amount you lose is dependent on many factors, for example, on the amount of excess weight you are carrying when you start the cleanse. So if you're 2 stone overweight, you are more likely to have higher weight loss, but if you're already pretty trim and eat a healthy diet, you can expect to lose less.

Please remember that our cleanses are designed to 're-boot' your digestive system, with weight loss being an added bonus!

Will I regain my weight loss when I start eating normally again?

A.

Well if you rush out on day 4 and have a bacon butty for breakfast, a McDonalds lunch, followed by ham egg and chips dinner, you might well do!

However, if you're sensible (which you probably are after realising your body needed a re-boot!), and continue eating a healthy diet, there is no reason why you shouldn't keep the weight off.

Are your juices gluten and lactose free, and also suitable for vegans?

Every single one of our ingredients is 100% natural, with no additives, preservatives, dairy or meat products...so yes, they are 100% gluten and lactose free, and also entirely vegan!

Will I feel ill on a cleanse?

A.

We highly recommend that you cut caffeine from your diet while you cleanse, so it's quite common to experience symptoms of caffeine-withdrawals, such as headaches and feeling slight irritability. Apart from that, with all of the micro-nutrients you're packing in, you should feel great!

Do your juices have bits in them?

A.

Even though all of our juices are cold-pressed, the juice does contain a little pulp. We choose to leave this in our juices, as it provides a little more substance, and help you to feel fuller while following the programme.
